I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were so lovely and accommodating. They quickly resolved a mix-up with my breakfast in bed and even offered it for free as a gesture of goodwill. The bed in my room was incredibly comfortable and the room itself was presented beautifully. The cooked breakfast was delicious and I was pleasantly surprised to receive complimentary glasses of prosecco at the bar. The heating in the room was excellent, ensuring a cozy stay. Additionally, the outdoor hot tub was a wonderful experience, although it would have been even better with an awning to provide some shade. The location of the hotel was great, with a short 10-15 minute walk to Windermere and easy access to various locations in the area.
